UK online orders:
Before placing any order please first check that we have the relevant product/quantity as availability alters on a daily basis due to current high demand. Please use Contact Us, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 01935 420720 to make your product availability enquiry.
Call and collect orders:
Please call 01935420720, email email@example.com or use contact prior to visiting us for us confirm your collection, and to confirm product availibilty. PLEASE NOTE: Random arrivals will not be served!
Order delivery timescale:
Currently, I am processing and dispatching the vast majority of orders within 1-3 days and then with delivery for most orders being the next day. If you place an order without checking stock availibility and we do not have the required products, then your order may take 3-7days before dispatch (Please take into consideration any unforseen C19 disruption to our usual delivery timescale)
Ordering from us is simple!... Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "My Basket -> Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the transaction.
Please note that currently we do not accept orders/deliver orders outside of the UK at this time.
When placing an order should the product required be out of stock then we will:
We accept credit card payment from the following: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, and JCB Cards.- Credit/Debit card purchases will show as SH-Yeovil on your card/account statement.
Please note: We will only accept an order paid for using a corporate credit or debit card if we have received communication prior to ordering and the order has been agreed and if the order is not the customers first online order with us.
Any order purchased via Paypal must be made and delivered to the confirmed Paypal account holder/address as is commonly known. Any order made via PayPal with request to dispatch to any other address will be cancelled and refund made within PayPal's usual refund timescale. PLEASE NOTE: Should Somerset Hydroponics Ltd feel that a customer has attampted to avoid this commonly known PayPal order dispatch requirement..Somerset Hydroponics Ltd may retain the refund fee charged to us by PayPal. You will be informed of this prior to cancelling your order and authorising any refund.

Email or call us with your order for us to give you a total of your order including delivery charge. Then make payment at any Natwest Bank to the following Somerset Hydroponics Ltd bank/account:

We accept credit/debit card, postal orders and personal cheques payable to Somerset Hydroponics Ltd. Personal cheques will have a 3-5 day clearance and then your order will be dispatched.
Currently we offer a UK only shopping and delivery service.
