Sale Terms & Conditions

The Sale10 - 10% off promo code may be used as many times as you wish throughout the promotion. The promo code may be used for any products on our website excluding Budmaster grow lights (delivery charge is also discounted)  

*Should an order be placed for any Budmaster product within the promotion timescale using the discount promo code, we will simply cancel the order and notify you of the order cancellation and pending refund. 

**There may still be a delivery surcharge required for your promotion order depending on order weight, size and region destination. We will notify you of any delivery surcharge before processing your order to allow you to ask for the order to be cancelled. Free weekday delivery for most orders over £350.00 still remains but may still be subject to a surcharge based on the above. 

General making a purchase

Ordering from us is simple!... Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "My Basket -> Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the transaction.

Please note that currently we do not accept orders/deliver orders outside of the UK at this time.

When placing an order should the product required be out of stock then we will:

  • Contact you to ask if you would like the product back-ordered with an approx date of re-stock.
  • Contact you to ask if you would like a suitable replacement.
  • Contact you to offer a full refund on your order including P+P.

Payment via the website/ over the phone:

We accept credit card payment from the following: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, and JCB Cards.- Credit/Debit card purchases will show as SH-Yeovil on your card/account statement.

Payment via Paypal:

Any order purchased via Paypal must be made and delivered to the confirmed Paypal account holder. Any order made via Paypal to any other address, will be cancelled and refunded immediately. 

Payment directly into our bank:

Email or call us with your order for us to give you a total of your order including delivery charge. Then make payment at any Natwest Bank to the following Somerset Hydroponics Ltd bank/account:

Payment via post:

We accept credit/debit card, postal orders and personal cheques payable to Somerset Hydroponics Ltd. Personal cheques will have a 3-5 day clearance and then your order will be dispatched.

Currently we offer a UK only shopping and delivery service.
