We will normally process your order within 1-2 days and then despatch your order on a Next Day delivery service or 1-3day service for non-mainland/outer-mainland zones (please see below for outer zone and non-mainland information). We will contact you via email/phone to notify you that your order has been despatched and of the day you should receive your order. All products shipped to you will be in plain unmarked packaging.
Currently, we offer a UK (Incl Northern Ireland) only shopping and delivery service.
Next (working) Day delivery charges to mainland UK are based on either the order being regarded as Standard £7.99 or Heavy £14.99 (based on quantity, weight & dimensions) We will contact you should a surcharge be applicable for a Heavy order over 25kg.
We currently offer a free of charge delivery service for most orders over £350.00 for delivery within mainland UK delivery regions.
Free delivery is subject to the size/weight and destination and we will contact you should a delivery charge be required to allow you the opportunity to cancel your order should you prefer.
Saturday (and other specific) deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us with your delivery request before or after placing your order for a delivery quote, and or to make the delivery surcharge payment.
Delivery to the following non-mainland or outer-mainland zone postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge to the delivery charge stated when ordering.
Surcharge postcodes: Southern Ireland, BT, HS, IM, KW, IV, KA27/28+, PA15+, AB31+, PH, ZE, PO (Isle of Wight)

We will contact you with the relevant delivery surcharge cost before your order is processed to allow you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. The delivery timescale for any of the above postcodes is approx 1-3days.
All goods are insured in transit. Damaged or missing goods should be signed for on the couriers delivery slip as 'damaged' so where possible please check all goods prior to signing for them. Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the issue as quickly as possible.
