RETURNS POLICY
We constantly strive to maintain our excellent record of ‘pre-postal checks’. If you should find your items to be faulty on delivery we will exchange the item as soon as possible. To be able to do this we need to be notified immediately and the faulty items returned to us. Somerset Hydroponics will refund your ‘return’ postage and all replacements will be shipped free of delivery charge.
